The draft is assembled from fixed sentences and the customer's own words. We never call a model to generate or embellish text.
No review gating
Both Google and Facebook are shown to every customer, whatever they answered. We never route only happy customers to public reviews.
No rating steering
We never ask for or suggest a star rating. The copy tells them to pick whatever feels right on the platform.
Honest tracking
Stats count click-throughs, never 'reviews posted'. The platforms don't report that back, and we don't pretend they do.
